All purchases made on the web shop of www.optiekdeleersnijder.be or on www.eyecatchonline.com are subject to the specified terms and conditions here below.
We have the right to change these terms and conditions and at the moment you confirm your order you approve with the latest version of these terms and conditions and a binding agreement is entered into.

Article 2 – What we sell

We sell optical eyewear and sunglasses with or without prescription lenses (find out more about the limitations of prescription lenses in article 3).
We are the official dealer for all the brands we offer.  We buy all of our products directly from the official supplier and offer you a warranty of 2 years on all manufacturing defects.
All eyewear with prescription lenses are assembled by fully-qualified opticians.
When you order eyewear with prescription lenses we need all the specifications of your last prescription.  Please follow the instructions on our webpage “glasses”.
If it is not possible to complete your order we will contact you and you will always have the right to change your order or to cancel free of charge. In this case you do not have the right to claim reimbursement.

Article 3 -  Limitations of eyewear and sunglasses with prescription lenses

Prescription orders are customised for you. The time it takes to prepare these items for shipping is separate from the delivery time. So the delivery time of this eyewear takes longer than the delivery time of non customised products.
These products that are customised can never be returned for an exchange or refund.
When ordering sunglasses with prescription lenses please notice the images of the sunglasses shown on the web shop will devirge of the original sunglasses with prescription lenses.
Our lens colours are matched as closely to the original sunglasses as possible. We always strive  to use the same colour of lenses as the original lenses yet we cannot guarantee this.
Prescription lenses will not have the brand logo on the lens like the normal sunglasses.

Article 4 – Order

If you have any questions about purchasing from us or placing your order with us you can always contact us at info@eyecatchonline.com.

As soon as you click on the link “order” there is a binding purchase agreement.
After your order you will receive a confirmation email with all the products you have ordered.
If you have given us information that is incorrect such as name, address, delivery address, email address or wrong data about prescription lenses,  we can never be held responsible and all additional costs that may arise will be on behalf of the buyer. In this case the buyer does not have the right to claim reimbursement.

Article 5 – Price

For EU customers:

All prices shown on our web shop are in Euro and include Belgian VAT of 21%.
All supplementary charges such as delivery charges are always for the account of the buyer.

For non EU customers:

Taxes are not included in the price.
Some international deliveries are subject to import and customs duties.
These charges and their amount depend on the country in which you live.
Taxes, import, custom duties and delivery charges are always for the account of the buyer.

Article 6 – Payment

When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security electronic payment service provider.  All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
All ordered items will be send after receiving your payment. This may increase the shipping times.

Article 7 – Delivery

As soon as we received you order your goods will be send to the delivery address you gave us.
Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
We deliver worldwide.
The delivery time of customised products takes longer than non customised products.
If a product is out of stock and we need to order it at our supplier we will contact you if shipping time will take longer than 30 working days.

Delivery will be done by Bpost.
Delivery charges includes insurance;

Belgium:

  • Delivered at home address: € 4,45
  • In a collection point: € 2,99

The Netherlands and Luxemburg: € 6,00

France – Germany - United Kingdom: € 10,00

USA: € 11,50

Italy-Spain-Sweden-Denmark-Austria-Finland-Poland-Portugal-Greece-Ireland-Czechia-Hungary: € 16,00

Turkey-Switzerland-Australia-Canada: € 21,00

All the other countries worldwide: € 28,00

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days. This period starts from the day after the day you received the goods. If you want to return your goods, it is important to contact us within 14 days after the day of delivery by email at info@eyecatchonline.com and inform us about your decision of sending back.  Please notice you have inform us before sending back the goods.

After receiving back the goods you will get a refund but please note that all shipping costs, duties and custom duties need to be paid by sender.

The goods must be in the same condition that we sent them out to you. The products must be unworn, with any tags still in place and in their original case and box.
We cannot take back any eyewear that are customised (with prescription lenses). In this case you do not have the right to claim reimbursement.

The maximum quantity of goods you may return are 2 pieces.

Article 9 - Warranty

All our products come with 2 year warranty against faults in materials and workmanship. The warranty policy does not cover wear and tear from regular use or misuse such as scratched lenses and broken temples.

Your Komono watch is guaranteed under the terms and conditions of this warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 year from the date of original purchase. The Komono watch warranty does not cover:

  • Battery end of life, case, crystal, finishes and plating.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, loss, theft, or wear and tear.
  • Discoloration of light colored watches and/or components.
  • Damaged strap: wear & tear

Article 10 – Complaints

All complaints concerning faults in materials and workmanship or wrong delivery must be done by email at info@eyecatchonline.com within 8 days after receiving the goods.
Slight differences in colour or pattern of the eyewear and watches compared to the pictures shown on the web shop are absolutely normal and are not considered as a defect or non conformity of the product.

Article 11 – Privacy

We guarantee you that all given information to us will be used strictly confidential. All your personal data will be used only for the processing of your order and occasional marketing email. This occasional marketing email can be stopped at any time.
We will never give personal data to a third party.

Article 12 – Law

All contracts between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law and the Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
